We loved the clean and comfortable rooms, with plenty of natural light and space. The beds were cozy, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The receptionists were incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed spending time in the nice outdoor area. The hotel's location was perfect, with great options for dining and drinking nearby, like the German Biergarten "Casa Kuku" and "Roots Food Artisans". Plus, there was a convenient supermarket, "Super Selectos", close by.

We felt extremely safe throughout our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the room we stayed in was very elegant and comfortable. the bed was soft and cozy, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, perfect for a romantic trip. the staff was very courteous and friendly, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. One of the best aspects was the beautiful and well-maintained garden where we could sit and relax. the hotel was located in a key area that allowed us to easily explore the city and its attractions.

the breakfast was not included in the price of the room, which was a bit of a letdown. the parking area was a bit small, which made it a bit challenging to maneuver in and out of the hotel.

The hotel had a nice outdoor area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of work. The staff at the reception were also super lovely and always willing to help with any questions or requests I had. the hotel was conveniently located near some great bars and restaurants, providing plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

I was a bit taken aback when I was charged extra for milk for my coffees during breakfast. It would have been nice to have this included or at least have been informed of the extra charge beforehand.

The room was clean. The hotel was right by two large supermarkets and many bars and food spots. The location was close to all the attractions of the San Salvador Zona Rosa area.

The location was excellent and incredible, just walking distance from Bambu City Center. The breakfast had a lot of selection, and the food was appetizing. We thoroughly enjoyed all the staff; they are really helpful people.
